  The owner is literally the rudest. I would give zero stars but you can't. I signed up with Woodstock because the gym and the management there is more friendly and a lot more professional. But I'll visit the Harvard location because it's closer. And the owner of Harvard gave me an attitude today. No wonder, Linda, the owner doesn't get new members and keep members. And how many gym managers had worked there?
  
  You're going to get mad and upset because I didn't update my memebership at the Harvard anytime.
  
  GIRL, BYE!
  
  Woodstock is the worth the extra drive for a better, more welcoming enivorment.
